如果需要进行活动平板运动测试，请携带舒适的慢跑鞋及衣物。

进行近视和远视检查时，应携带眼镜，检查当天请不要佩戴隐形眼镜。
请在预约日前至少 8 小时禁食，因为有些检查需要空腹（例如血液检查和腹部超声检查）。但在禁食期间可以喝一些白开水。
请不要在预约日的早上服用糖尿病药物或胰岛素。可以继续服用常规高血压和/或心脏药物。
如需进行粪便分析，将于检查当天提供样本瓶。或者，您也可以在预约日期前到我们诊所领取样本瓶，并在在检查前一晚取大便样本。
做宫颈抹片检查或盆腔检查的女性，建议在月经前或月经后 5 天做检查，以获得准确的结果。
