What to Expect
Kindly note that your health screening process will take about half a day or more depending on the package selected, and you may be required to proceed to several locations for various tests.
- Identity Card/Passport for registration and verification
- Staff pass (for corporate clients)
- Previous medical records (e.g., doctor’s memo, X-ray films, ECG/medical reports) or any current medications
- Sportswear if you have a Treadmill Stress Test scheduled
- Glasses for vision tests (please avoid wearing contact lenses)
For your appointment, please remember to bring:
- Identification Card/passport for registration and verification
- Comfortable jogging shoes and attire, if a Treadmill Stress Test is scheduled
- Your glasses for eye tests if you wear them; please avoid wearing contact lenses on the screening day
Important notes:
- Refrain from food and drinks (except plain water) for at least 8 hours before your appointment
- Avoid taking diabetic medications or insulin on the morning of your appointment
- Continue regular high blood pressure and/or heart medications as prescribed
- For accurate results, consider scheduling Thin Prep, urine, or stool analysis 5 days before or after menstruation (for women)
- Specimen bottles for urine and stool analysis will be provided on the screening day; alternatively, you may collect them from our clinic in advance
- Depending on your selected package, your health screening may take half a day or more, and you may need to visit multiple locations for specific tests
- A review appointment will be arranged by our staff before you leave the clinic. This appointment will occur within 2 weeks following your screening, allowing the doctor to review your results and suggest any necessary follow-up.
- Your summary report will be available on the SMG Health+ app within 7 working days following your screening. You will be notified through the app so you can review the results before the review appointment with your physician.
- Packages must be used within 3 months of purchase and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other items or services, or redeemed for cash.
- Any follow-up services are considered “add-ons” and must be paid by cash, debit, or credit cards.
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 3 working days in advance and are subject to availability.
