Dr Say Tian Ling graduated from University of Leeds, United Kingdom and underwent training in various specialties including General Surgery, Acute Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology in National Health Service, NHS UK for 2 years.
Prior to joining Lifescan Medical Centre, she was working in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, polyclinics and community hospital for the last 7 years.
During her work in public services, she was awarded Silver from the NHGP iCare Champion Awards in 2012, Singapore Health Quality Service Award and the ILTC Excellence Award in 2016.
With her interest in Family Medicine, she acquired the Postgraduate Diploma in Family Medicine awarded by National University Singapore and was accredited by the Family Physician Accreditation Board Singapore as Family Physician. She is also a member of the College of Family Physicians Singapore.
Dr. Say has a special interest in person-centred care, family medicine, women’s health and preventive management.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay and Teochew.

DR ETHAN HE YINGCI

Dr Ethan He graduated from Monash University, Australia. He was an active student mentor and was appointed an examiner in his final year for the 1st year medical students’ clinical examination.
He has completed postings in the Children’s Emergency at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Singapore General Hospital. At the National Cancer Centre, he pursued various oncologic subspecialties and palliative medicine. He has done postings with HCA Home Hospice and Tan Tock Seng Hospital Geriatrics.
As a firm believer of continued medical education and research, Dr He instituted the 1st antibiotics guideline for home hospice nurses. In 2014, he facilitated Singapore’s 1st underage corneal donation for a terminally ill adolescent. He has published posters in international conferences, the last being the 24th Asia Pacific Cancer Conference 2017.
Outside work, Dr He sits on the Board of Advisors for the Careworks Centre of Autism and Special Needs. He is also a nominated Deacon in his own church. An active member in community work, he was a National Youth Achievement Award Silver Recipient. He has made multiple mission trips to Central Thailand, Vietnam, Sulawesi and Timor Leste, providing English classes and running free medical clinics for the local community.
Dr He is also an avid follower of latest technology, in particular, the integration of medical applications on mobile platforms for clinical settings. He is passionate about journeying with his patients through their ailments and providing the appropriate management where necessary.
